Common questions
One year of access, starting when exactly?
Access starts when each student signs up, not when you buy the plan. Everyone gets a full year of unlimited submission access, even if they join mid-year.
Is the line-producer review included?
No. The offer covers unlimited submission access (bodies, Léa, budget). The human review remains a separately billed option.
Can the teacher see the students' work?
No. The institution follows each student's progress (number of projects, activity, access end date) but never the content of their dossiers. The work stays private, hosted in the European Union, and remains the student's property.
Does Léa help students write?
Yes, as an educational aid. Léa advises, asks questions and offers rewrites as suggestions, never writing in the student's place. On the statement of intent, she supports without replacing their voice: the point is that they learn, not that software does the work.
What tool to learn how to build a film financing dossier at film school?
Dossier de Prod gives each student unlimited access to the real funding bodies (CNC, regions, broadcasters), with the compliant template, the financial diagnosis and Léa. They train on real dossiers, not theoretical exercises, and keep their work.
What happens to students' dossiers at the end of the year?
They remain the student's property. Unlimited access stops at the deadline, but their account and dossiers are kept: they leave with their work, ready for their professional life.
How are institutions invoiced?
On quote, in the institution's name, with a purchase order if needed, to fit your procurement process. You receive a proper invoice for your accounts.
How does renewal work?
On quote, like the first year. You are reminded before the deadline (at 30, 7 and 1 day); without renewal, unlimited access stops and the data is kept.
