How it works
Set up your space
Invite your team, each with a role (director, writer, line producer) and a colour.
Work together
Everyone can edit every part. No one is locked out, but you always know who did what: per-field attribution and an activity log.
Submit without counting
Unlimited submissions to every funding body, with no per-body charge. Plus monitoring that updates the grids when the rules change.

Common questions
Is submission really unlimited?
Yes. You build and submit as many projects and funding bodies as you want, with no per-submission charge. The plan covers the platform and the monitoring. Only the line-producer review remains a separately billed service.
How does a production company manage its CNC and regional submissions?
You centralise all your projects and funding bodies in one place, with the documents, formats and deadlines of each aid already encoded. You submit as much as you need, and the monitoring flags rule changes to keep your grids up to date.
Do you guarantee we'll get the funding?
No, and no one can. We promise neither funding nor selection, which are the commission's call. What we do hold is that your dossier won't fall for a matter of form or admissibility, one of the leading causes of rejection.
How is it different from a generic shared workspace?
A generic collaboration tool doesn't know the funding bodies. Ours encodes the documents, formats and deadlines of each aid (CNC, regions, broadcasters) and alerts you when a rule changes. You don't hunt for what to provide: the tool knows.
What exactly does Léa do, and not do?
Léa advises at the paragraph level, asks questions to understand your intent, and offers rewrites as suggestions, never imposed: you keep control, the final text stays yours. On the statement of intent, she supports you without writing in your place, and only proposes text if you ask her to. She also spots inconsistencies between budget, schedule and financing. Her diagnosis is automatic and non-contractual.
How are roles handled in the team?
Each member has a role (director, writer, line producer…) and a colour. Everyone can edit, nothing is locked, but every change is signed and tracked in the log. You always know who did what.
Are our projects and data confidential?
Your dossiers are private and never shared. You keep control over who accesses what, and your exports belong to you.
What about invoicing?
A company account with your registration details: each payment generates a numbered invoice, with VAT, ready for your accounts.
What happens if a funding body changes its rules mid-year?
The monitoring updates the grid for that body and flags what's moving: documents, form, dates. You don't have to watch the official sites yourself.
